稠油热采空心杆闭式热载体循环加热技术

   空心杆循环加热装置Hollow Rod Circulating Heating Device

 
  我公司自主研发,拥有自主知识产权的专利技术--空心杆热载体循环加热技术,该技术克服了传统技术缺点,解决了当前稠油油田和高凝油油田开发过程中,油井井筒加热和高能耗这两个关键问题,极大地降低了稠油和高凝油的开采成本。可替代井筒电加热采油工艺。
 
  Our company has independently researched and developed patented technology with independent intellectual property rights, which solves the two key problems of oil wellbore heating and high energy consumption during the development of heavy and high-condensate oil fields, and reduces the exploitation cost of heavy and high-condensate oils. It can replace the electric heating recovery process of the wellbore.
 
  工艺流程Process Flow

  
  加热装置→钢扁丝软管→空心杆四通→井下连续不锈钢隔热保温管→缓冲罐→循环泵→加热装置

  1、井下连续不锈钢隔热保温管
  本产品内外管采用316L不锈钢材质,抗拉强度高拉力可达到9吨,可多次循环使用。
  公称直径Ф25mm,外径Ф25mm,通径Ф18mm,适应空心抽油杆Ф42mm。
  
  具有以下优点:
  (1)耐温等级高。它的耐温等级能达到300℃以上,能较好地解决稠油,尤其是超稠油的井筒加热问题。
  (2)导热系数低,保温性能好。内、外管之间绝热层是由航空耐高温绝热材料充填并抽真空而成,在温度400℃时,保温管的导热系数小于0.2w/m.k。
  (3)使用寿命长。隔热管内、外层和两端接头都是不锈钢材质,强度高,抗腐蚀。
  (4)重量轻。由于采用三层结构,且中间充填的耐高温绝热材料密度较低,因此保温管的重量比同等厚度的不锈钢管材要轻得多。
  (5)循环量高,加热效果好。采用该保温管后,空心抽油杆与保温管之间的环空截面较大,因此循环量高,加热效果好。
  (6)采用单根连接方式,起下施工方便。
  (7)能相对独立工作。该保温管独立于空心抽油杆,使用过程中只承受自重,受力小,不受空心抽油杆伸缩应力的影响。连接处采用耐高温密封圈密封,密封性能好。
 
  1.Underground continuous stainless steel insulated tubing
  The inner and outer tube adopts 316 L stainless steel. High tensile strength, tensile force of up to 9 tons, and multiple recycling. Nominal diameter 25mm, O.D 25mm, Diameter 18mm, Suitable for the diameter 42mm of hollow sucker rod. 
  
  Advantages
  (1)High temperature tolerance grade. It can reach above 300 ℃ which can better solve the heating problem of heavy oil and super heavy oil wellbore. 
  (2)Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation. The insulating layer between the inner and outer tube is made by filling and vacuuming the high temperature insulating material of aviation. The thermal conductivity of insulated tubing is less than 0.2w/m.k at 400 ℃.
  (3)Long service life. The joints at both ends are made of stainless steel, high strength, corrosion resistance. 
  (4)Light in weight. With a three-layer structure, the density of the high-temperature insulation material filled in the middle is low, so the weight of the insulated tubing is much lighter than that of the stainless steel tube with the same thickness.
  (5)High circulation and good heating effect. The annular section between the hollow sucker rod and the heat insulated tubing is large, so the circulation amount is high. 
  (6)The single connection method is adopted, which makes the hoisting construction easier. 
  (7)Ability to work independently. The insulation tube is independent of the hollow sucker rod and only bears its own weight during use, the force is small and not affected by the expansion stress of the hollow sucker rod. The joint is sealed with a high-temperature seal ring. 
 
  2、自控系统
  含温度计、压力变送器、低水位检测装置、自控阀门等。自控系统对工作状态进行控制,管理方便,满足野外工作的需要。通过PLC对加热装置和循环泵的工作状态进行控制:低水位自动报警,超高温自动停炉,低水温自动启炉,可实现无人值守。
 
  2.Automatic control system
  It includes thermometer, pressure transmitter, low water level detection device, and self-control valve. The automatic control system controls the working state and is convenient to manage and meet the needs of field work. The working state of the heating device and the circulating pump is controlled by the PLC: automatic alarm when low water level occurs, automatic shutdown when ultra-high temperature occurs, automatic opening when low water temperature occurs, and unattended operation can be achieved.
 
  3、钢扁丝软管
  耐高温高压钢扁丝软管带保温功能,内径Ф25mm,外径Ф38.5mm,工作水压≤21MPa,工作气压≤2MPa,工作温度-20℃-180℃
 
  3.Steel flat wire hose
  With the function of heat insulation, I.D 25mm, O.D 38.5mm, hydrostatic pressure ≤ 21MPa, pneumatic pressure≤ 2MPa, temperature range: -20 ℃ to 180 ℃
